PSJA ISD Hosts Successful Inaugural Eggventure Hunt at PSJA Stadium
PHARR – Families from across the community came together for a night of joy and celebration as Pharr-San Juan-Alamo ISD (PSJA ISD) hosted its inaugural PSJA Eggventure Hunt on Tuesday, April 15, 2025, at PSJA Stadium. The community-wide event kicked off at 6:00 pm, welcoming hundreds of attendees to an evening filled with entertainment, food, and family fun.
The festivities kicked off with the PSJA Pit Master BBQ Cook-off, where over a dozen local pitmasters competed for the coveted title of Grand Champion. Guests were treated to smoked meats as judges sampled some of the best barbecue.
The stadium was transformed into an egg-hunting wonderland during the PSJA Eggventure Hunt, where hundreds of eggs, each filled with treats, were collected by children.
Live Conjunto music, performed by PSJA ISD high school students, setting a lively and festive atmosphere for all attendees. Families also enjoyed a variety of food tables offering local snacks and treats, with proceeds benefiting the district’s campuses.
PSJA ISD thanks all staff, volunteers, participants, and community partners who made this first-ever Eggventure Hunt such a success. PSJA looks forward to continuing the tradition in years to come.
